Terms and Conditions
Customers have the right to cancel any order within 7 working days for any reason, and return the item to receive a refund.
The refund will be less 15% due to credit card transaction fees, postage and handling fees etc. The goods must be returned in original condition and packaging. If you cancel the order before the parcel is sent out, 10% will be kept.
We do our best to describe and photograph the products to enable you to make an informed choice.
If you wish to return an item because it is damaged, then please email us at sales@everywitchway.co.uk with the problem, and we will do our utmost to sort it out quickly and fairly.
We do our best to keep the site up to date and check that all the information is correct, but we are human and can make errors. Therefore we have the right to change details of the products, prices and postage costs, also to withdraw products or cancel a sale if we have made an error.
We reserve the right to cancel an order - if we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment or the product is out of stock.
We have to inform you that we cannot guarantee the outcome of some of our products, that is down to you!
Important
If your order contains an athame or other bladed item, you must be 18 or over. By ordering the item you are confirming you meet this condition.
It may be a good idea to familiarize yourself with the knife law.
