Delivery and Postage

We aim to send all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. If there are likely to be any delays, we will email you. An email will be sent telling you when the order will be dispatched.

Orders are usually sent by 2nd Class Mail or Parcel Post. 
All packages will have proof of postage. Some orders will have to be 'Recorded - Signed For', at our expense. As all packages are sent by Royal Mail, please refer to their Web Site www.royalmail.com for delivery times.

Postage is calculated by weight as you add to the basket.
However, there will be a maximum postage cost of £9.68 and a minimum cost of £1.70.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK

Most orders outside the UK will go as stated on the final order, however for some parcels that are particularly heavy we will have to contact you for extra postage. Like wise if the postage quoted is over by a lot, we will refund.  All orders have extra added on for Recorded - 'Signed For' delivery.

There is a maximum limit on Airmail and Surface Mail of 2kg. If the package contains only books the weight limit is 5kg. (Canada 2kg)

IN CASE OF DAMAGE

 If the package is damaged and it is 'signed for' please note 'damaged' or 'not inspected' where you sign. Please keep all wrapping and packaging. Please let us know as soon as possible what the damage is. We can then decide the best course of action. Rest assured you will not be out of pocket.
